Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.

When using Vinpearl’s services, guests have agreed to give consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will be not disclosed to a third party outside Vingroup.

Extra bed is not available for villas.

Each villa room has a different number of occupancy for children. Please contact the property for more information.Complimentary airport transfer is available. In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your flight details 5 days prior to arrival. Please inform the property 3 days prior to arrival, if there is any change in transfer reservation. Otherwise, charges will apply.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 300,000 for breakfast when using existing bedding.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 700,000 per child per night with extra bedding and breakfast provided.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 810,000 for full board when using existing bedding.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged VND 1,210,000 per child per night with extra bedding and full board provided.

Children 12 years and over must use an extra bed.

All reservations with stay dates within 2018 which include 2 children under 4 years old will be applied with a surcharge for the second child payable upon check-in.

The room rates on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are inclusive of gala dinner.

Gala dinner/breakfast is provided for 2 persons per booking. Any addition person will be charged an extra fee.

Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property.
