Only one extra bed is allowed to set up in one room.

Children under 4 years old are free of charge if share room with parents.

Children from 4 years old to 11 years old are free to stay if share room with parents but are required to pay compulsory surcharge for full-board directly at hotel.

Guests from 12 years of age are considered as adults.

Maximum 2 children under 12 years old are allowed to share a room with parents and 1 extra bed must be booked at additional charge for 1 child if 2 children share a room with parents.

There will be a compulsory charge for the special events such as Christmas Eve or New Year Eve Gala Dinner.

The property will collect a deposit for additional services, unless no service is used. Only deposit in Vietnam Dong currency is accepted. Please contact the property for more information.

Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.

When using Vinpearl’s services, guests have agreed to give consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will be not disclosed to a third party outside Vingroup.

Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.

Extra bed is not available for villas.

Complimentary airport transfer is available. In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your flight details 5 days prior to arrival. Please inform the property 3 days prior to arrival, if there is any change in transfer reservation. Otherwise, charges will apply.
